I first met Tony in May 2020. At the time I was looking to change banks and brokers. I was locked into a very expensive loan with heavy penalties for breaking a fixed rate. My former broker was not interested in providing advice once the initial loan was drawn down and would not take my calls. I felt lost and alone in making decisions regarding my loan and how to manage it. 

Tony on the other hand was always willing to take my calls and offer guidance and information about what was available and best for me financially. We spoke several times over the next year and he reevaluated my situation many times until he had a solution for my problem. I want to be clear that Tony could have refinanced my loan the first time we met, this would have been very straight forward for him to do but it would not have been in my best interests.
